I have been living in Hawaii off and on for 25 years. I
spent 4 years on Oahu in the 1970's, watching Diamond Head
get developed, then moved to Maui to sail, surf, enjoy life
and raise my two kids.
I went back to California in 1986 where I owned and operated
Dunton Interiors, a successful design firm. My flair
for lighting design evolved into an interest in special
effects lighting, and I began working as a special effects
lighting
designer
with Disneyland, Knotts Berry
Farm, films, television, a variety of casinos in Las Vegas
and the Playboy Mansion West.
From there, an opportunity arose for me to produce, direct,
and moderate a cable real estate show entitled: "Southbay
Open House" which was seen by cable subscribers
throughout Southern California's Southbay area four times
a a week.
Throughout all this time, Hawaii was calling me back, and
six years ago I returned to stay, this time to the Big Island. For
the last three years, I have been an active Realtor in Kona
and Kau, helping many clients achieve their home ownership
dreams.
I live where I work, and I love the Big Island's diversity! It's
a great place to live, work, raise a family, start a business
or retire. The air is sweet, the flowers are colorful
and the breezes are cool and refreshing. What better
place could there be to call home? |
